Customs Duties and Charges:
For all shipments destined for EU countries, prices include the legal VAT rate in force in Spain. Customs duties and/or taxes for non-EU countries cannot be foreseen. If orders are subject to any additional charges, these will be charged directly by the customs office of the destination country. Delivery Times:
Delivery times may be slightly longer during holiday periods, vacations, and public holidays. Except for these exceptions, the normal delivery times will be:
- Spain / Portugal: Estimated delivery of 24h to 48h;
- Europe / Islands of Portugal: Estimated delivery in 3 business days;
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 5 business days.
Shipments and Collections:
During the registration process on our website, the user will have to provide their address details. Orders will be delivered to the address defined by the user. If the user wants the order sent to an alternative address, that address must be provided at the time of order completion.
Successful Order Delivery:
Customers are requested to carefully inspect the order/packaging at the time of delivery before signing the delivery document. If, for any reason, the packaging appears tampered with, you should sign the delivery document with reservations or refuse the delivery. If you accept delivery with reservations or refuse it, please contact the carrier and our services immediately.
If the order is not delivered to the user's address due to any lack of cooperation (wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), there is a risk that the order may be returned, and Any import fees that may be charged upon re-entry into the country will be deducted from any refund.
Important Information:
- All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- It is not possible to change the delivery address of orders once they have been dispatched.
- The delivery times indicated are merely indicative and do not consider any delays caused by payment authorization issues or customs clearance in the destination country.
Undelivered Orders:
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of undelivered orders. The costs of returning undelivered orders may also be subject to additional charges for taxes and costs or charges levied by customs or other entities, which will not be refunded.
Insurance:
We insure each order during transit until delivery to the user. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point the responsibility transfers to the user. If the user designates a recipient other than themselves for delivery purposes, they accept the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and fulfillment of our delivery obligation.
Returns and Refunds:

Important: Liquids, flavors, and bases cannot be returned. For these products, the user must choose carefully.
Rights and Responsibilities of the Customer:
The customer must inspect the order upon delivery and immediately report any damages or irregularities. The customer must be aware that responsibility for the order passes to them after signing for receipt.
