Pre-order Products
All products presented on the website are described as accurately as possible. The photographs presented are merely illustrative as a "presentation suggestion" and the product received by the user may not exactly correspond in appearance to the image, dimensions or colors displayed of that same product. Therefore, it is recommended that you consult the product details for more information about the respective characteristics of the products you wish to purchase. Users should read product details as closely as possible; If you have any questions, please contact our services. Due to the type of cell phone/computer used, color settings, internet browser or others, the colors shown in the photographs on the website may differ from the actual colors of the products. We cannot be held responsible for such differences referred to in the previous points.
Stock Unavailability
We reserve the right to inform the user, within 24 business hours after receiving the order, of the unavailability of any product ordered. After informing the user of this unavailability, the contract is automatically considered terminated with regard to the unavailable product, and the user is guaranteed that he will not incur any costs due to the cancellation of the order with regard to the unavailable product, cancelling, in due proportion, the value presented to the user. The contract will remain in force and will have its normal effects with respect to any other products ordered.
Prices
All prices are shown in Euros (€). The price shown for each product does not include shipping costs, but does include the legal VAT rate in force in Spain. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. The prices of the products will be, during the placing of an order and its confirmation, valid throughout that specific process.
Warranty
The products sold are covered by the legal warranty regime.
Returns
The consumer has a period of 14 days after delivery to return products without indicating a reason. To request a return, click here.
