The rule is simple: your base needs to have extra VG to compensate. Practical example: Want a final liquid 70VG/30PG? Buy our 100% VG base. Want a final liquid 50/50? Buy our 70/30 base.
What are Atomik Factory Bases?
Our bases are made from pharmaceutical-grade ingredients (USP/EP) that define the physical behavior of the e-liquid during vaporization:
VG (Vegetable Glycerin): Component responsible for density and visual production of vapor. The higher the VG concentration in the mixture, the denser the clouds and the smoother the vapor passage through the throat.
Impact on Longfills: It is the essential component to counteract the fluidity of the longfills (pure PG) and ensure that the final result does not cause leaks in the equipment.
PG (Propylene Glycol): Compound that acts as an excellent aroma conductor and provides greater fluidity to the liquid, directly influencing the intensity of the Throat Hit.
Impact on Longfills: Remember that the concentrated aromas and the nicotine already enter the mixture as PG liquid, directly increasing the final fluidity of the product.

Types of Atomik Factory Bases
Neutral Base 50VG/50PG (Perfect Balance)
Detailed description: This is the standard and most versatile ratio on the market. It offers an exact balance of 50% Vegetable Glycerin and 50% Propylene Glycol. It ensures excellent definition of aromatic notes and a moderate and realistic vapor production.
Vaping experience: Provides a well-defined throat hit, accurately simulating the traditional draw dynamics.
Recommended use: MTL atomizers (mouth-to-lung inhalation) and Pod systems. Works perfectly with medium or high resistances (1.0Ω – 1.8Ω), ensuring proper wicking without excessive saturation.
Note on Longfills: If mixed with concentrated flavors or nicotine, the final ratio will be substantially thinner than 50/50, and is recommended only for devices that tolerate very thin liquids.

Base Neutral 70VG/30PG (Focus on Vapor and Smoothness)
Detailed description: Made up of 70% VG, this base has higher viscosity, aimed at those who prioritize greater vapor volume. By fixing PG at 30%, the texture of the mixture becomes substantially softer on inhalation.Vaping Experience: Dense, full-bodied vapor and a silky sensation. The flavor remains clean, compatible with complex aroma profiles or desserts.
Recommended use: RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) and DL (Direct Lung) atomizers. Ideal for low to medium resistances (0.80Ω – 0.50Ω) that require thick liquids to prevent potential leaks through air intake.
Note about Longfills: If you intend to use longfills and maintain a real final density of 70/30 to prevent leaks, we recommend choosing our 100%VG base to compensate for the fluidity of the flavors.
