With dimensions of 16 mm x 6.8 mm, these small perforated mesh sheets significantly increase heating density and eliminate liquid spitback.

Available in Kanthal A1 (0.13 ohm) or SS316L (0.15 ohm), these mesh sheets provide a ultra-fast and even heating, maximizing flavour and ensuring dense and smooth vaporization. Each airtight container contains 10 units, ensuring protection, freshness and extended stock.

It is recommended to use within a power range of 60W to 70W, respecting the appropriate limits to preserve the durability of the cotton and the mesh.

Usage Instructions

1. Curve the mesh appropriately
   Use the molding tool provided with your atomizer to bend the NexMESH sheet into a smooth arc.
2. Install in the atomizer
   Attach the ends of the mesh to the Wotofo Profile Unity terminals and firmly tighten the screws.
3. Insert the cotton
   Pass a suitable strip of cotton under the mesh, ensuring firm contact across the entire inner surface.
4. Moisten with e-liquid
   Completely saturate the cotton and mesh with your e-liquid before closing the tank.
5. Adjust the recommended power
   Use the mod within the recommended power range (60W to 70W), avoiding excessive values.
   
6. Vape safely
   Replace the cotton and the mesh periodically to maintain maximum performance and flavour purity.
