Chamomile present in Ansiotina Noite:

Aids digestion (often causing insomnias), calms and reduces anxiety. They have relaxing and mildly sedative properties that help treat insomnia, anxiety and nervousness.

Hops present in Ansiotina Noite:

Sedative and antidepressant. It is an effective plant to combat anxiety and sleep disorders. These effects occur primarily due to the essential oil of hops.

Melatonin – 1mg

How to Use:

Take 1 tablet at night (1 hour before sleep).
